- No. The crew app runs in the phone's web browser on iPhone or Android. Drivers sign in to see their drops and pickups, get directions, add photos and collect signatures, and completing a job updates the containers on site.
- Does it sync with QuickBooks?
- Yes, with QuickBooks Online. Customers, job sites and invoices push to QuickBooks without double entry, and invoices paid in QuickBooks show as paid in SiteRento. Customers can pay by card or ACH through the Pay Now link from QuickBooks Payments, or in the customer portal (in beta) through Stripe, which is in early access.
- Can I bring over containers that are already out on rent?
- Yes. The project import sets a rental anchor date for each job, so periods that already passed count as billed and nothing is billed twice. If some periods were never invoiced, Catch Up Billing drafts one invoice per missed cycle for you to review.
