Measure from a site plan (beta)
Plan takeoff lets you calibrate the scale on a PDF site plan, then draw lines and perimeters to measure linear feet. Link the estimate to the quote so the measurements stay with it.

Frequently asked questions
Can some customers get different prices?
Yes. Assign a rate card to a customer and their quotes use it: negotiated, markup, discount, seasonal or custom pricing. Each quote keeps a snapshot of the rates it was sent with, so later price changes don't rewrite it.
How is delivery priced?
Set distance tiers once. SiteRento measures the driving distance from your yard to the job site and applies the matching tier to the quote.
Can customers accept a quote online?
Yes, with the customer portal turned on (it's in beta). The customer opens the quote link and accepts or declines, which marks the quote won or lost. You can also mark a quote won yourself.
What happens after a quote is won?
Convert to Project carries the lines and negotiated rates into a new job, creates its billing rules and drafts the install work order. Edits you make to the quote later can be pushed to the project.
